Israel is 65!

Hello all,

It appears that we have our first Spring Cold making the rounds through our class -- so far it seems to be just a gunky nose with a cough (but if yours is worse let us know!)

Worms were discovered to be squishy ewwwy fun (especially today).  Pictures will be downloaded soon and shared with all (promise - but it might be tomorrow).  If the worms can make it through the weekend (I will check on them on Sunday), we may have more wormy fun in the sensory table a few more days next week.

Speaking of next week, Israel will celebrate its 65 birthday (or anniversary?) of being an independent country.  We will be celebrating Israel all week long!  Feel free to wear blue&white all week -- or just on Friday.

Other big happenings include this Sunday's Kid & Coach Olympiad (formerly known as the Kid & Dad Olympiad)  It is loads of fun.  Just show up all you Dads, Grandpas, Uncles, etc with little ones -- it's $5.00 per person.  There are games, crafts and a light lunch.  You'll have a blast too!  (Moms, you can come too to take photos!  or enjoy a quiet morning waiting for their return).

Also we have a Parenting Program on Tuesday night (be sure to RSVP for dinner &/or babysitting) AND Shabbat and Play is this Friday (RSVP's due to Jim Jamail by Wednesday).  More details in the Becker email - or ask!

Enjoy a fabulous week-end.

truly,  Cathy & Elena
